Cancellation Policy

Please contact (901) 292-5711. We do understand that life happens. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of schedule services charge. NEW CLIENT CHEMICAL SERVICE DEPOSIT POLICY All new chemical service clients are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking to secure their appointment. This includes services such as color, blonding, corrective color, highlights, and other chemical treatments. • Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled by the client.• If L Head Hair cancels your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded.• Deposits will be applied toward your final service total.• A consultation may be required before booking certain chemical services.• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling and loss of deposit. Your card will not be charged 50% of schedule service. You will just lose your deposit. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. This ensures all clients are serviced on schedule. No Rush Policy Each appointment is scheduled with enough time to properly care for your hair. We prioritize quality, healthy hair, and a luxury experience over rushing services. No-Show Policy No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
